Why t mobile didnt get the iphone

If T Mobile did not keep the word. I will sue them. Well looks like we are the latest victim of this scam. Purchased 3 phones through the rebate program offered at our local Costco store.

Going to dispute this denial and see if they will honor the paperwork and date of acceptance or it sounds like we were also subject to this fraud on behalf of Assurant, costco and tmobile.

Similar scam by T-mobile. I chatted with someone online for about 3 hours to find out nothing, but then later saw a missed message from this guy saying he had an answer and a good news. Any credit issues for promotions should be brought back to the representative that sold you the device and took your trade-in. They can directly speak with the promotions department and find out exactly why the promo hasn't been applied correctly. Typically, we can make a case for our customers and have the problem resolved on the back end.

I switched to T-Mobile in January. We were scammed on the trade in too. We were told we would receive and for two iPhones in perfect condition. We mailed them to T-Mobile and got a notice that they had received one.

They were sent to Tmobile in the same box, using the label I was sent by the Tmobile rep I spoke to on the phone setting things up, who got other details wrong on the order like what kind of phone account, and the numbers. I have called tmobile twice and been told we should have sent the phones separately we were not told this when we ordered phones. They talked about searching the warehouse. No news. I wonder if someone has a nice iPhone for free while i am denied my trade in credit?

People have suggested I contact the better business bureau. I think a better response is to switch carriers as soon as possible. I should have just given the phones to relatives. Same thing happened to us.

Sent 3 phones and was told all were water damage which is a lie! Tmobile is a liar and a cheat company.. I just wanted to share my trade-in experience since it seems as though I might be able to ease some concerns. I remotely made the switch over to T-Mobile back in November, Signed all contracts via e-mail and waited impatiently; for our new iPhones to arrive.

They arrived in about 6 weeks back-ordered pro max and we ported over our numbers with no issues at all. I was unable to locate my return shipping labels via the link provided however, one quick call and an expert e-mailed them right over. It seems as though the whole trade-in process is currently taking approximately 3 weeks. Not bad considering all the holiday promos, and limited resources due to the pandemic.

Kudos to all the people working so hard. All in all, I am extremely happy with the level of care and consideration I have received thus far. I had a similar problem. One lesson I learned is that you need to keep follow up.

You keep follow up hoping one day it gets resolved. Take a screen shot of the tracking status. I got an email from T-Mobile saying they have no record of the handset being received See picture.

Well, USPS said it was delivered and if Assurant their agent lost it before logging it in, how is that my fault? Is there anything else I can do? We want you to take full advantage of our promotional credit. So, please keep in mind the following, which will disqualify you from continuing to receive promotional credits:. New to T-Mobile?

Ensure you have the latest version of iTunes and your computer has access to the internet before starting these steps. New to T-Mobile? Use these steps to complete the first use configuration and device activation for your iPhone. Activation process Before the iPhone can be used, it must first be activated and configured to work on the T-Mobile network. The device activation is a two step process: Device unbricking: Allows access to the phone menus Carrier update : Enables key network features and auto configures network settings.
